DLVEWS was established in April of 2017. Our company specializes in designing highly engineered solutions in the construction industry for culvert lining and lightweight cellular concrete, as well as providing unique solutions for stormwater and drinking water applications.
The “VE” in our name stands for “Value Engineered,” because we strive to bring value and highly engineered solutions to our customers.
Don LeBlanc has been in the industry for over 10 years. He graduated from the University of Maine’s Civil Engineering program (Go Black Bears!) and is now a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Maine.
He began his career as a design engineer for a manufacturer, designing stormwater treatment devices and storage systems for the states of New York and Connecticut. After his tenure there, he went on to study the drinking water industry, working for a reputable waterworks company.
For the last 3 years, Don has focused solely on the design and installation of culverts, from the most basic to the most challenging. He has worked closely with many DOTs, towns, and counties to fix culvert and bridge infrastructure without the need to remove and replace those structures.
He has had the opportunity to provide many presentations, and has been asked to co-author a paper for the ‘No-Dig’ show, next year.
As America’s infrastructure ages and deteriorates, it is vital for contractors to use cutting-edge products to keep the country on course for the future. Your success depends on using the best.
